Pricing depends on the task, duration, and number of helpers needed. You'll receive a quoted price before any helper is dispatched — no surprises.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Tips are optional and go directly to your helper.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel for free before a helper is confirmed en route. Cancellations after that may incur a small fee to compensate the helper for their time.

Every helper application is manually reviewed by our team. We verify identity, check references, and review their skills and experience before approving them.

Yes! After a completed job, you can mark a helper as a preferred helper and we'll prioritize them for future requests when they're available.

Is my address shared with helpers?

Your full address is only shared with a helper after they accept the job and confirm they are en route. Before that, helpers only see your general neighborhood.

What if something goes wrong during a job?

Both customers and helpers can file an incident report directly from the app. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. For emergencies, always call 911 first.

Are helpers insured?

We are working on a platform insurance solution for the pilot. In the meantime, our ops team personally oversees every job and handles any issues directly.

How do I become a helper?

How much can I earn?

Helpers keep the majority of every job payout. Earnings depend on the tasks you take and your availability. Most helpers earn $18–$30/hour equivalent.

Do I need my own tools or vehicle?

Not necessarily — it depends on the jobs you want to take. You can indicate your equipment and vehicle availability in your application, and we'll match you to appropriate tasks.
