How pricing works

Every request gets a custom quote based on the type of task, estimated time, and any materials needed. Our ops team reviews your request and sends you a price before your Helper is dispatched — you approve it before anything starts.

Pricing questions

Is there a booking fee or platform fee?
No separate booking fee. The price you're quoted is the price you pay — it already includes the platform fee and Helper compensation.
What if the job takes longer than estimated?
If a job runs over the estimated time, your Helper will let you know before continuing. Any additional time is billed at the same hourly rate and added to your invoice.
Do I pay for materials separately?
Yes. If your job requires materials (hardware, cleaning supplies, etc.), those are billed at cost and listed separately on your invoice. We'll always confirm material costs with you first.
Can I tip my Helper?
Absolutely — and Helpers love it. You can add a tip when you pay your invoice. 100% of tips go directly to your Helper.
